I've had my van for a little over a year and the team has continued to be responsive anytime I had a question or needed their help. In fact, they stepped in immediately when I discovered a burst water filter (that I caused by not winterizing it properly). It was a day before I was to leave on a trip and they leaped into action and made space for me in their schedule. An hour later I was good to go after they fixed the problem and then went the extra mile to check all my other systems before I hit the road.
