Customer Service

At Drifter Vans, we want you to feel like family—and that includes offering thoughtful, responsive service for your van long after the build is complete. Our goal is to make the service experience as clear, supportive, and low-stress as possible.

Customer Service Hours: Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST

If you're contacting us outside of these hours or wish to schedule service work, please fill out the form below. You will be contacted on the next business day in the order your request was received.

If you're currently experiencing an urgent issue with your van (such as heating or electrical problems), we recommend reviewing the FAQ and Troubleshooting section below. Many common issues can be resolved quickly with the right information, even after hours.
