ACQUISITION, INVESTMENT & FINANCING
DIRECT PURCHASE & BUILD PAYMENTS
An overview of the investment process, whether purchasing outright or financing through a trusted lending partner. Final amounts and milestones are outlined in your proposal and contract.
Pay in Full for Your Drifter
Our cash payment schedule follows the real phases of your build, so every milestone feels clear and predictable from your first conversation to the day you drive away.
Start With a Conversation
We begin with a discovery call and a clear estimate, then send a proposal that summarizes your full payment plan. Your contract spells out the exact amounts and timing for every milestone below

Reservation Deposit
A $5,000 deposit reserves your place in the current Collection Series and lets us begin pre-production and design work. This is when your build officially enters our proprietary Coachcraft production process.

50% — Two Months Before We Start Your Build
As your layout, options, and interior selections are finalized, the next 50% is due. We begin ordering materials, building cabinetry, painting, and planning the details. Builds take 3–4 months, plus about 2 months of cabinet work and planning beforehand.

25% After Mechanical
As your van moves through the rough stage—framing, windows, AC, fans, insulation, then electrical and plumbing—the next 25% is due. You can follow each milestone with photo updates in your Owner Studio portal.

25% Final Payment at Delivery
The final 25% is due before or at delivery, whether you collect your van at the Drifter workshop or receive white-gloved delivery to your driveway.

Choosing the Right Path.
Whether purchasing outright or financing, every Drifter is built to the same Coachcraft Standard, follows the same proprietary production process, and earns its place in our limited Collection Series.
If you're exploring what's possible, we'll walk you through build ranges, timelines, and financing options so you can determine the best path forward.

Completed Commissions
Every van here is a completed Drifter commission: Built to the owners specifications, one floor plan, one interior. Use the gallery as a starting reference, then bring the ideas that matter to a commissioning conversation.
